My wife's family comes from Brantford, Ontario. She is able to trace her Mohawk lineage back to Joseph Brant (1743-1807). He was a famous Mohawk Indian chief that sided with the British during the American Revolution.

Klock Letters - Part 1 of 2

Date: 1936

These are letters of Joseph G. Klock's that were written between 1817 and 1845. These letters were in the possession of a descendant, Earl Herbert Klock. The letters were published in a newspaper called Saint Johnsville Enterprise and News in 1936. I was unable to combine all the letters into one document so they were split into two different parts.
